When she hit him, more aggressive response was called for. He probably didn't know how. These are dangerous times, and everyone should learn to fight. yep it is super difficult, but the issue is Karen has nothing better to do than cause trouble. If you hit her back she would sue you for everything under the sun, and even if you win, which you should its going to cause you all sorts of greif and lost sleep etc. The best thing to do is tell them to F off and start filming ( if you are allowed in your country ). I Germany where I live you can go to jail for filming someone without permission.
I was at a petrol station one time filling up and the police parked literally next to me on the other side of the bowser. I got my phone out to read emails or something, as I had been driving a while and how I was holding the phone the police thought I was filming them. they came up and asked if I was and I said no, I was checking whatever... "show me your phone".. I just showed them the latest photos to show there was nothing there, but they could have arrested me if I refuse.
This could be why there are so many Karens in Germany, they can get away with it and know that they wont become an internet star.
