Amen. Times 1000. Cubed. My recommendation is for those who recognize the failures of the medical establishment to keep us healthy, is to take charge of your own health and learn what works and what doesn't. Seems like most everyone would have learned from this pandemic disaster the government is either unable or unwilling to guide us correctly. We're on our own.

I suggest those who are interested in their health might enjoy reading the stories of my own recovery from medical tyranny in my To Your Health substack. Click the link by my name, above.

One important consideration is the prevalence of obesity likely fueled the severe cases of covid, being recognized as a "comorbidity" but studiously ignored. We used to tease overweight people, but it has become unfashionable to do that, even more fashionable to celebrate it. Covid is the price of gluttony. It's nature's way of cleaning out the gene pool.

Thanks, I joined your channel. will have a look over it the coming days. There is a pathway why obese people suffer more, I think it was on Rogan, but I cannot remember it. also a pathway of the virus is the ACE2 receptors which apparently young people dont have that many of them, hence most not even knowing theyve had covid!! very very odd

It's apparently more than any single factor. Seems to be inflammation driven, which increases with obesity. I've seen a lot of research suggesting it's due to high fat diet, but I switched from very low fat vegan to very high fat keto a year ago and my inflammatory markers have improved, so I'm not buying that. They're still harassing lots of mice to try to figure it out. One of the most comprehensive discussions I've found is "Good Calories Bad Calories" by Taubes. Very thorough analysis.

ACE2 was interesting early in the covid panic when it was discovered to be the path to infection. Those of us on ACE inhibitors worried that the effect of inhibiting ACE increases ACE2, which then dilates blood vessels. But if SARS2 likes it, that's bad, right? But clinical evidence soon showed ACE inhibitors might actually improve outcomes, so we were advised to stick with our meds. ACE2 is actually higher in children lower in elders, which might be why they benefit from the ACE inhibitors. Some think higher levels of ACE2 puts more in the circulation where viruses can attach without harm, while those with lower serum levels direct the virus to lungs and heart where receptors are plentiful. More mice must die to figure it out. Interesting survey article in Fronteirs in Pediatrics, search covid 19 infection and circulating ace2 levels, by Ciaglia.

Cube, I have same problem as you. Hyperlinks don't work. I put them in comments as work around.

Can anyone tell us how to fix?
