LED lights is the next big killer.

The topic of why leftists and globalists hate plant food (ie CO2) will need to be covered on another day, but is it definitely part of the 2030 agenda.

Today we talk about health. This is essentially the most important thing. Here is a brief intro to how I started to realise what the hell was going on.

I moved to the former East Germany a number of years ago and developed very debilitating Spring allergies. It was that bad that in my first Spring I got rushed off to the local doctor surgery by the secretary who warned them in advance I was about to keel over as I couldn´t breathe. My asthma sprays that barely helped anyway had run out and all the antihistamines in the world didn´t help. The Doc gave me an cortisone IV and I felt ready to run a half marathon within about 10mins. It was absolutely incredible. One of my colleagues told me and I thought he was an absolute moron at the time. “Damals (what all the East Germans say when referring to the DDR, it means essentially back in the day ), no one had allergies. It was only after reunification that everyone started getting them”. I thought it was one of those nostalgia things and he was retarded. But I also lived in West Germany as a teenager for a year and never had any allergies. I am from Australia.

About 2yrs ago a friend of mine in his 60s told me he cured seasonal allergies by just taking probiotics. I couldn´t believe it, but I was in the middle of a sneezing fit so I started looking into it and also into what else affects gut biome. This is when I stumbled across a podcast with Rogan and Rhonda Patrik talking about aspartame essentially nuking your gut bacteria. I had been an avid coke Zero drinker for about 15yrs. So I decided to go cold turkey on the diet drinks and also take probiotics. Within 2 weeks my allergies had totally dissapeared. It was the middle of May I could go outside without 10 tablets and 20 asthma spray puffs. It was absolutely life changing.

I then went down the rabbit hole of the food pyramid and how essentially all the things we are told is healthy to eat is essentially killing out gut biome and making our bodies inflamed.

I think Inflammation is the key to agenda 2030. When your body is inflamed you suffer from very poor health and are far more susceptible to autoimmune disease of all kinds. The biggest is Type 2 diabetes, which is a multi billion dollar industry that could be cured over night by getting people onto a ketogenic lifestyle.

This is what the covid jabs are doing, they are making your body essentially go into inflammation hyperdrive. This is why there are so many people suffering from weird auto immune diseases all of a sudden. These generally wont kill you right away, but they will turn you into a sick pill popping couch potato and a money bag for the Albert Bourlas of the world. The issue is that the West is already completely full of inflamed bodies, and the clot shots are actually affecting the all cause mortality to an insane level, and also affecting birth rates. It is far more difficult to get pregnant if your body is inflamed. the LNPs and then your own cells churning out dangerous spike proteins is putting insane pressure on your immune system and causing it to go haywire.

I honestly think all the heart attacks and weird clotting that we are seeing was probably not part of the plan. the plan was to get everyone of pills to control their autoimmune disease.

This is exactly why the introduction of the food pyramid is completely coinciding with people getting fat. Remeber full metal jacket? The “fat” dude that the drill Sergeant picks on? GO watch it, he is not even fat these days.

These days you hop on a flight and someone´s fat roll is spilling over your arm rest literally every time. Guys, AVOID THE GOD DAMNED CARBS!!!!!!!!!!

So we have now covered some major topics causing autoimmune disease, but now here comes the kicker:

This is the one you read through that wall of text for. This is why LED lights are going to be the next big Autoimmune driver. Vitamin D seems to be far far more important that anyone realises and there is a lot of evidence that it is used in about 5% of all molecular processes in the body. And literally everyone is Vitamin D deficient.

Apparently to “save the environment” we need to get rid of the old tungsten filament lights and replace them with LEDs. This does save a lot of energy, although at a huge cost, but what most people don’t understand is that the old style lights emit a decent amount of UV light. So sitting in your office all day typing on your computer you are getting exposed to some UV and your body is making Vitamin D. Well guess what LED lights don’t emit? You guessed it. You are now going to work in the morning, not getting any sun then sitting in an office surrounded by lights that only emit in the visible spectrum. It is literally illegal to buy the old style lights now. This is going to be a huge problem and I think it is a huge part of the puzzle to making us all sick and on tablets 24/7 by 2030.

If Dr Fauci and his cohort had just told people to stop drinking these shitty diet drinks, stop eating “low fat” but high carb food and got some sunlight then not only would we have avoided most of the deaths of the “plandemic”, but the whole world would be happier healthier and shares in Pfizer would drop by about 95%.

You are sick for 2 reasons. A sick person is a good life long customer, and a sick person is easy to control.

Watch out and remember that they are only a few more LED lights away from full and total control.
