Whoops: Woman decides to "plank" in the middle of her aerobics
Ends up setting world record
So there you are in your gym doing your aerobics. Awesome 90s music is blaring and you´re bopping away doing star jumps and leg lifts and who knows what when suddenly ( there that word of the year pops up again ) someone decides to plank.
Remember back about 10yrs ago “planking” really took off.
Plank as reffered to in urban dictionary: When one proceeds to lie flat on a dangerous/unusual surface, with their hands by their sides. A photo is then taken of the planker, and posted online. It is a competition to plank in the most unusual/dangerous place. People have died planking - yet it is still an internet craze. Its fucking stupid.
Whoops. People have died planking. I am not saying that the lady in this video died, I am just saying that she was able to “hold plank” for a masterful amount of time.

I keep my eyes on all joggers and runners who pass my window, or on the roads, bicyclists too....I want to ask each one if they are jabbed, but I suppose this will become obvious eventually. Waiting for each one of them to drop dead, where I will rush over and try to comfort them in their final moments. I suppose its good to be mentally prepared for this, though quite depressing.
I was not aware that planking was supposed to be immediately preceded by a face-plant.
